Our Team

VARUN JAIN
Varun is one of the partners with Steadfast Tax Consulting. He is a Chartered Accountant with more than 9 years of experience in providing Tax Advisory and managing Tax Assessments, Departmental Audits & Litigation. He is an Alumni of Xerox (US based Office Automation Group), Ramboll (Denmark based Engineering Consulting Group) and Ricoh (Japan based Office Automation Group), where his role was to oversee company’s tax obligation. He has vast experience and skill in handling following assignments, among others:
Assessing tax implications and permissible tax structuring for domestic and international business transactions.
Managing routine compliances, such as, computation of tax liability; filing returns; ledger reconciliations; tax audits and assessments and providing end to end support in tax compliances.
Handling tax litigation and providing comprehensive support, both in direct as well as indirect tax.
He also writes tax literature for professional journals and at various tax forums.
